The customer needs to just download the app through App store or Google Play store

The customer needs to register – giving their details and information

For active use, the customer needs to state their medical issue and mention their location which would need to be verified by OTP number

Step 4

The Med_Kw would come to the customer doorstep and provide the required medical assistance.
